  Horses over 16 hh, heavy breeds, & seniors 20+ yrs old $650
  Broodmare & Foal --- 20 x 12 foot stall, straw bedding, private passworded 24 hour webcam $750

Horse training / schooling session --- We help train your horse, helping you both reach for your goals $60
Day Visit / Use of Facilities --- No jumping allowed.   No cantering on grass trails.   High visibility reflective vests required if entering the woods. $25 / horse / visit

*   All fees due in advance.   Board is payable on the 1st or 15th per agreement.

*   All visiting equines must have recent proof of negative Coggins.
